Policy Terms and Conditions 

Once you submit your cabinet order with Allura Bath and Kitchen we will review the order and any order comments. Review can take up to 48 hours depending on the complexity of the order. We will contact you to make sure you are ordering what you want either by Email or phone call. Once that’s done you will receive an acknowledgment to sign. Once you sign acknowledgment order will be processed.  All orders are final once acknowledgment is signed and there are no returns or refunds. 

Delivery Fee 

Delivery is based on location, as determined by Zip Code of the provided shipping address. Delivery to all Delaware locations is free. Delivery outside of Delaware is available within a 100-mile radius of our manufacturer location in Moorestown, NJ (0-45 miles: $200, 45-60 miles: $250, 60-100 miles: $300). Small items, such as the Touch Up Kit, are shipped via mail to any location, and have a unique shipping price in addition to the cost of cabinet shipping. We will either deliver with our company truck, or use outside carrier (such as Trucking Company and UPS). When an order is placed, Allura will confirm location and delivery fee for accuracy. Allura will refund overcharged shipping or request additional payment to cover shipping discrepancy at this point. In most cases, there will be no discrepancy.

We will  deliver with our company truck, or use outside carrier (such as Trucking Company and UPS). Final delivery fee will be determined when we decide which method of shipping is the best for the order, and it will be added on the estimate sheet.  Job site Curb deliveries are available and apply same rules as residential deliveries. Someone must be there to take delivery and we will not deliver inside any house. Sales tax will be charged according to the delivery location of the product. It is the responsibility of the contractor/Customer to make sure there is a safe dry conditioned space for cabinetry at delivery. It is responsibility of customer to protect any necessary floors and walls in the delivery area. 
 Delivery to first floor only. It is responsibility of purchaser to get cabinets up to job site if applicable. If delivery is not able to be made when scheduled then you will be charged a $100 delivery fee for us to come out a second time. 

Pick Up Orders 

Customers may pick up their 21st Century Cabinetry order at Allura Bath and Kitchens warehouse location at 704 Interchange Blvd. Newark DE 19711. Please indicate on your order if you intend to do so. Pick up times are Monday-Friday, 9:00am- 5:00pm, Saturday 10:00am-3 :00pm. We allow tail-gate pick-ups, as well as personal vehicles to pick up at our loading dock. No sales tax is charged when picking up order. You will be notified when orders are received in our warehouse and you will then have 2 weeks to pick up the cabinets before you will be charged storage fee. Storage fee will be charged at a flat rate of $50 per each additional week that the order remains in warehouse. 

Transportation Policy 

The responsibility of Allura Bath and Kitchen ceases upon delivery of product in good working order to purchaser or upon pickup of cabinets from Allura. Please inspect all product(s) at time of signing freight bill, and have transportation company note any damage incurred in transit. Price and specification are subject to change without notice. 

Lead time 

Lead time may vary for large orders or under special circumstances. (Such as national holidays, etc.) Lead times are also affected by trade and world events that effect production. Allura and Associated are not responsible for any back orders or delays in production due to external events outside our control. Lead time is 2-3 weeks from time order is processed.  **Please note that due to coronavirus some lead times on certain styles have been extended to 4-5 weeks. Please email sales@alluragroup.com or contact us page to inquire about current lead times for the style you like. Thank You for understanding.  **


Modifications are available for an additional fee, modification is subject to availability, may require more time, and is subject to cancellation at any time. Modifications must be written out and explained during the order process and cannot be changed once processed.  


When assembled cabinets are delivered or picked up, please inspect them then sign the packing slip, any incorrect or missing items will not be honored once the packing slip is signed for. If any item is missing or damaged, please write on the packing slip and then contact us. Damaged items claims must be made before installation. No damage claims will be processed after the installation. 


Allura does not stock these Items and only when an order is placed are the cabinets assembled and shipped. Each order is specific and therefore we do not accept returns of cabinets. Allura will not accept any returns for any reason unless the cabinet was not the ordered cabinet. It is the customers responsibility to verify all clearances, heights, and cabinet sizes for fit and finish. Customer agrees to release Allura Bath and Kitchen and all associates of any and all liability for fit and finish.  


Allura Bath and Kitchen accepts electronic payment via credit card as well as checks for check approved customers and contractors. Orders will not be processed until check is deposited with Allura. Returned checks will be charged a fee of $50.  

Adjustments and Miscellaneous 

Customer acknowledges that cabinets may need adjustment and modifications for installation and that it is their contractor or owner responsibility to make necessary adjustments to doors, drawers, boxes and shelves for proper and complete installation. Allura will warranty any defects and damage to finish and incorrect items or missing items from manufacturer. Damage caused by misuse; improper installation is responsibility of homeowner. We do not adjust doors, or install cabinetry or make modifications. That is the sole responsibility of homeowner or contractor.  

Allura Warranty 

All warranty claims must go through Allura Bath and Kitchen. We will deal directly with the manufacturer to resolve any warranty issues. Allura will cover any transportation costs to pick up damaged cabinetry and drop off replacements. Allura does not warranty the cost of installation, or removal.  

Manufacturer Warranty 

21st century cabinetry warrants its cabinetry to be free of manufacture defects for 5 years from the date of purchase for stained cabinets, all painted cabinets are limited to 3 years’ warranty. This warranty applies to domestic use only, used in residential, and is non-transferable, and proof of purchase is required. 

This warranty does not cover products that have been misused, mishandled, abused, improperly stored or installed, modified or subject to excesses of moisture or extreme temperatures, accidents, negligence, or normal wear and tear. The product must be used exclusively for its intended purpose in order to be covered by this warranty. 

Warranty does not cover the cost of installation, removal, regardless of whether the work was done by a contractor or a homeowner. 

Natural woods vary in color, characteristics, and exhibit subtle changes as they age, Sunlight, Smokes, household cleaners, and other environmental conditions may also affect the color match over time. These variations are considered to be the nature of the material in relation to their environment exposure and are not covered under this warranty. 

21 st Century Cabinetry reserves the right to alter design, specifications, and material without obligation to make similar changes to products previously manufactured . 

The replacements  are contingent  upon  the current  product  offerings  of style  and construction  options  within  the 21s  Century  Cabinetry  product  at the time of the warranty claim. If a warranty  claim  is filed  for  a discontinued  or unavailable  item, 21 st Century Cabinetry will replace the parts under warranty with a new part of the same style or with a similar style currently offered. Some  replacement  parts  are subject to availability, and may differ from those originally supplied. 21 st Century Cabinetry cannot be held responsible for replacement product that may not exactly match installed product. 

Warranty claims cannot be made directly to 21 st Century Cabinetry by the consumer purchaser. All consumer must contact Allura Bath and Kitchen. To submit a warranty claim, the original consumer purchaser must contact Allura Bath and Kitchen or distributor where the product was originally purchased. Please submit your claim in writing with a proof of purchase to: 

This warranty is the exclusive warranty of 21 st  Century  Cabinetry  and  is in Lieu  of 21 st Century Cabinetry disclaims all  other  warranties,  expressed  or  implied, including  the  implied  warranties  of  merchant ability  and  fitness  for  a  particular  purpose .
